District Collector Manikaraj Kannan called upon teachers to adopt such pedagogy methods that students understand the subject. Mr. Manikaraj visited the Zilla Parishat High School at Chikurthi in Nyalakal mandal on Friday and interacted with students. He enquired from them as to in which subject they were weak and whether teachers were teaching them properly. He also sought to know about the number of students who had dropped out and wanted the teachers to get them admitted back in school. He asked the students to take active part in the Haritha Haram programme. The Collector also visited the Public Health Centre and Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalay.
