L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited has received the ‘Dynamic CIO Smart Innovator Award 2019 for Darwin Box HRMS Implementation’ at Enterprise Innovation Summit 2019 held at Bengaluru recently. The award was given to Anirban Sinha, head of enterprise IT on behalf of MD and CEO K.V.B. Reddy.

Darwin Box HRMS is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System Implementation completed in 45 days.
The key features of the implementation are latest digital tools and features of geo-fencing and facial recognition of a mobile phone for marking attendance of an employee for the first time ever in Metro sector across the country.
