Job racket busted, 3 held

The Karimnagar Task force along with Choppadandi police have busted a job racket with the arrest of three persons and confiscation of cellular phones, stamps and promissory notes from their possession.

Commissioner of Police V.B. Kamalasan Reddy told presspersons here on Wednesday they had arrested Katukoju Ramesha Chary (32) of Dharmaram, Siddoju Ramesha Chary (30) and Nampally Rajkumar (28) of Jayashankar Bhupalapalli district. Katukoju Ramesha Chary cheated the gullible youth by claiming himself to be an educationist and having lots of contacts with the higher ups in the government and promised jobs in government, railways, revenue departments etc.

He along with Siddoju Ramesha Chary and Rajkumar had formed a group and cheated the unemployed promising jobs and collected huge amounts. They cheated more than 40 youth and collected over ₹85 lakh from them.

Other gang members Amarashetty Ramachandram, Mohammed Juniad, Anjaneyulu, Sane Srinivas, Rajendra Prasad, were at large. said Additional DCP Srinivas.
