For those looking to own an entry-level smart phone, Intex Technologies launched Infie 33 at a pocket-friendly price.

The USP of this full view series is its 18:9 display and is priced at ₹5,049. The company also launched Infie 3 model at ₹4,649.

Addressing a media conference here on Thursday, Ishita Bansal, product head, Intex Technologies, said consumer demands, especially from youth, kept evolving, leading to ever-changing trends in smart phones. After body design, processor, big display and camera, it was time for bigger screen ratios giving life-size view and perspective. “The full view series from Intex is all about big view and both the models are brought in the affordable new sub-5K price point for the market.”

The new Intex smart phones with the tagline Life Dekho Thoda Extra have revolutionised the entry-level smart phones and they come with 1+8 GB memory that is expandable up to 128 GB allowing users to save as much as they want, she said.

For photography enthusiasts and selfie-lovers, Infie 33 comes with 5 MP + 5 MP camera with dual flash.

The phones have features such as face unlock for unlocking the phone using face recognition that makes the device more secure. Spy capture feature keeps a check on any stranger trying to unlock the smart phone with a security pattern and after three failed attempts, the front camera secretly captures the image of the person. When the owner of the phone unlocks the device, the stranger’s captured image would be visible.
