TVS Automobile Solutions Limited (TVS ASL), in association with Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, has started a round-the-clock emergency breakdown assistance services for passenger cars.
The emergency support activity offers services for breakdown (both mechanical and electrical), flat tyre, dead battery, key lock-out, etc. A mobile service vehicle and trained manpower would be stationed at the airport 24x7 to provide emergency support services in and around the airport area. A dedicated toll free number – 1800-266-2003 has also been set-up exclusively for passengers stranded on the road on the way to and from airport, to help them get back on wheels at the least possible time. Additionally, this facility can also be availed by non-members of ‘MyTVS', a press release stated.
