Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has praised Hyderabad traffic police’s ‘Signal Activation Stop Line’ embedded at KBR Park junction. Mr. Bachchan recently re-tweeted a video of the signal posted by a netizen Namrata Pandit saying ‘this is a super idea .. most effective’. The colour-changing LED lights were put on the ‘Stop Line’ just before the zebra crossing to encourage pedestrian safety and curb signal jumping.
On July 3, the actor enquired about the initiative asking ‘super idea .. !!! where is this in which city’, following which Ms. Namrata, tweeted ‘for @SrBachchan ji The Hyderabad traffic police and the GHMC, in a new initiative, have installed LED lights on the stop line…’
