HYDERABAD: Despite the ban on sale of Chinese manja, Charminar police found several sellers selling it. The cops conducted surprised checks on Friday and warned sellers against sale of the manja, which has been blamed for severe injuries during the kite flying season. Animal rights proponents have also campaigned against the use of Chinese manja, attributing it to the sharp rise in death of birds following kite flying activities.

Fake job agency
