The south zone police here arrested four persons who were selling whitener fluid to drug addicts on Saturday, and seized huge quantities of whitener fluid and adhesives from them.
Those who were arrested included two wholesale dealers who were supplying the whitener fluid to retailers in huge quantities. “Whitener fluids or correction fluid is mostly used in offices but few stationery shops were stocking it and selling it to youngsters who sniff it,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) V. Satyanarayana said.
