Registrations for the sixth phase of e-auction for vacant plots here will begin on August 13, said Delhi Development Authority officials.
The auctions will take place from September 11-13. Interested stakeholders can get registered till September 6, they said.
Under the sixth phase, the DDA is set to offer 100 residential and industrial plots and 50 institutional plots.
Additionally, another 100 vacant plots for the installation of mobile towers, 30 commercial plots, 85 plots for shops and office spaces will also be on offer.
While e-auction for the residential and commercial plots is scheduled on September 11, the one for the institutional and industrial plots will be on September 12.
As a first, the DDA has also introduced a reserved category for the e-auctions only for shops, where even ex-servicemen can also apply.
However, for this category, the urban body will conduct a draw, which will be on September 16.
The first phase of the e-auction was launched by the DDA in December last and the e-auctions were held in January this year. In the five phases conducted subsequently, the DDA had collected over ₹2500 crore, officials said.
