The South Delhi Municipal Corporation, in a statement, said that the ‘mega parent-teacher meet’ organised for its primary schools on Sunday was a success, adding that about 78% parents turned up for the meet.
Teachers interacted with parents on the progress of their wards and their overall development. Besides, doctors and other staff, part of the ‘School Health Scheme’, visited 20 schools in each zone, distributed ‘swachhta kits’, pamphlets on prevention and control of vector-borne diseases and other good practices.
