Jamia opens admissions for hospitality courses

Last day to fill forms is May 15

Jamia Millia Islamia on Tuesday began accepting online applications for admission to Diploma in Hospitality Management and BVoc in Hospitality Management courses for 2018-19 session.

Eligibility criteria

The eligibility criteria for the one-year Diploma in Hospitality Management and three-year BVoc in Hospitality Management is Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent examination from a recognised board with not less than 45% marks in aggregate of best five papers.

Admission to the diploma course will be done on the basis of marks obtained at the +2 level exam.

Entrance test

Admission to the BVoc in Hospitality Managementwill be done on the basis of the score obtained by the applicant in an entrance test to be conducted on May 29.

The test will be common to Bachelor of Hotel Management (self-finance), Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management (self-finance) for which applications were announced earlier.

The last day to fill forms is May 15.
