DJB billing camps extended

Customers of the Delhi Jal Board can take any billing-related complaints to their local Zonal Revenue Offices till May 30, with the DJB extending its complaint redressal camps for 10 days.

Started on May 2, the camps were supposed to end on May 20, but the DJB said on Friday that the camps would be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all working days till May 30.

So far, a total of 1,339 complaints have been registered through these special camps. Complaints about irregular bills, inflated bills or metering issues can be lodged at the 33 ZROs or consumers can call the DJB’s helpline at 1916.
