Delhi University’s 10th cut-off list out

Admissions to most top colleges closed

Delhi University (DU) on Thursday announced a 10th cut-off list for admissions to the undergraduate programmes offered by the various colleges.

Under the 10th list, barring a few exceptions, the highly sought after colleges have closed admissions for most of the popular courses they offer. At 97%, B.A. (Hons) Economics at Hindu College is one of the highest cut-offs under the 10th list. At Indraprastha College for Women, the cut-off for B.A. (Hons) Economics stands at 95.5%.

Among the popular courses, admission to B.A. (Hons) English is still open at few of the popular colleges. The cut-off for the same at Miranda House is 95.75% while at Ramjas College it is 94.75%. Among other popular courses, the cut-off for B.A. (Hons) Psychology at Indraprastha College stands at 96.5%.

In higher-ranked colleges from South Campus like Lady Shri Ram College, admissions to B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics is open with the cut-off for the general category being 95.75%.

A statement released by DU read, “As per schedule already notified, the eligible candidates who meet the requirements notified in the 10th cut-off list are further advised to complete their admission formalities in the colleges concerned within the stipulated time.”
