A delegation of students from the ABVP met with Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot to discuss with him the problems faced by DU students pertaining to DTC buses.

The delegates demanded an increase in DTC bus pass counters and facilitating the online application process for the new DTC passes. They also asked for U-special bus for routes connecting North Campus, South Campus, and other colleges affiliated to the DU.

ABVP Delhi media convener, Ashutosh Singh said, “ABVP has been struggling for DTC-related grievances since years. Availability of the online facility for new bus passes would decrease the time consumption and the new routes would be helpful in connecting remote places in Delhi to DU campuses.”
