HR Cube and Jansons Institute of Technology will conduct Techgrind ’15 on May 23 and 24 to create app-based solutions for issues the common man faces on a day-to-day basis.
A release from the institution said that for the 36-hour-long coding session, the first level of registration processes started on April 6 and went on till April 30. Top 300 participants who cleared a timer-based test would move to the second round.
Participants could programme on the Android or iOS platforms of APIs and they should stick to the same platform throughout the event.
The total prize money for all the events would be around Rs. 2 lakh. Apart from the coding event, there would be on-the-spot quiz, random interviews and discussion sessions, the release said.
