KG Group to launch mall on August 3

Town & City Developers of KG Group will launch bookings for space at a mall in its Garden City project at Vedapatti on August 3.

According to Sanjana Vijayakumar, Managing Director of Town & City Developers, the 50,000 sq.ft mall will have nearly 100 shops. The ground plus three floor structure has been developed at an investment of Rs. 15 crore to Rs. 20 crore. While the ground floor will be for essential products, the first floor will be mostly for lifestyle products and services. The project will have a children play zone too.

Ms. Vijayakumar said the developers plan to enter into tie-ups soon for anchor clients. The mall will cater to the requirements of the residents of the Garden City project and nearby areas.

The Garden City project, coming up on 11 acres, will have 1,356 houses. While phase I and phase II have been completed and about 500 units are sold, construction work is on for the next phase. It also has area earmarked for residential units for the retired personnel. The total project cost is Rs. 100 crore.
