M.Ed. applications
Sale of applications for two-year M.Ed. programme will begin at the Government College of Education for Women here on August 4. Cost of an application form is Rs. 100. Application forms can be bought from the college from 10.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on all working days till August 19. The last date for submitting the forms August 19. The number of seats available is 50.
License
The police have extended the last date for applying for temporary cracker license for selling fireworks for Deepavali to 2 p.m. on August 5. A press release from the police here states that the deadline was extended as there was delay in getting permission from the corporation to establish temporary outlets at places belonging to the local body.
