The district registered a pass percentage of 95.71 in the SSLC examinations -- a marginal increase of 1.46% than the last year.
The district attained the 16th position among the districts in the State.
Of the 21,731 students appeared for the examinations, 10,146 girls and 10,752 boys passed.
The government schools registered a pass percentage of 94.23. Of the 14,785 students appeared for the examinations, 13,932 students passed.
