So you run. How about running with hurdles? Haven’t thought of it yet? Have you thought about a sports party? Check out what Devils Circuit has in store for you. Devils Circuit Swift Challenge is something Zeba and Adnan personally designed through their sports management firm. The Delhi-based couple specialises in conceptualising and developing innovativesports and entertainment-based properties. Devils Circuit, a corporate team challenge, where teams representing companies participate and are tested on their physical and mental ability. Corporate teams will thus fight to win the title of ‘India’s fittest corporate team’. Each company can send a maximum of 5 teams of three members each, including at least one woman. In total, each team should not weigh more than 200 kilos and should not exceed a combined age total of 100 years,” explains Adnan.

Zeba and Adnan both have worked in different fields before they started Volano Entertainment which in turn designs Devils Circuit. She has an overall experience of over 19 years. “I primarily come with a background in Sales and Team Management. I was based in London for 11 years before moving to Dubai where I spent 4 years working at a firm. Volano Entertainment is my third entrepreneurial venture,” she says.

Adnan on the other hand is a techie with over 20 years of experience and has worked with Patni and iGate.. He was based in San Francisco before moving to Dubai.

“We left our jobs while in Dubai and moved back to India to start Volano Entertainment in 2011 . Here we are having a good time while letting team members bond and blend in a different way,” says Adnan.

Devils Circuit Swift Challenge (DCSC) is an sports entertainment-based programme that showcases the extreme capabilities of India’s corporate professionals on a national platform, they claim . Designed as a team-based competition, DCSC is designed to push not only the physical abilities but also test the mental prowess of not individuals, but rather teams as one cohesive and coordinated unit.

The response has been encouraging, they say. “In its first season, Devils Circuit had close to 250 teams from the biggest and most reputed 80 corporate organisations across cities,” says Adnan, adding “The entire event is designed as a transformational change agent for the participants to fortify their belief in their own individual capabilities – mental, physical as well as teaming abilities. Participants will showcase and practically understand the significance of possessing skills such as team-coordination, problem assessment and solving, decision making, leadership- skills that are of vital importance in professionals across all domains.”
