Parth Samthaan had youngsters swooning over his act in MTV’s youth fiction show . On Friday, he was left feeling overwhelmed when a group of young girls requested him for photographs. Parth, along with Mohith Gaur (runner up of the reality show ) and DJ Lil-B, as part of WingDing team, was at Mighty Small in Smaash in Inorbit Mall. “I love the adulation. gave a big boost to his career. “I loved the character and the show which was about teenagers dealing with relationships, friendships, controversies and problems in their day-to-day life. Be it about two girls having issues about a friend or a guy having other sexual preferences. The show depicted how one has to accept them the way they are. They are a part of society and one can’t just let them go. People also form an image of you on the basis of what you wear. The issue is not about us youngsters, but about the society. People have to change their mindset rather than we youngsters change our clothes,” he points out. Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan
Parth makes his Bollywood debut in a romantic comedy slated to be released by the end of the year “The film is a laugh riotfrom start to the end,” he informs. This confidence stems from the fact that ‘it is written by the same people who wrote . One can imagine the fun and jokes in the film. Acting isn’t new to Parth; he had done theatre for a while and worked on a couple of acting courses. As for his inspiration from Bollywood: “Aamir Khan for the kind of films he does, Hrithik Roshan because of the way he carries his personality; Shah Rukh Khan as an entertainer and does romance best and Salman Khan because he is totally different.” He has his fingers crossed as he waits to see himself on the big screen. When he is ready to leave, two girls wave and declare how much they like him. They caught him off guard. “Some fans have said I have ‘pink lips’, others ask questions and expect me to answer them,” he smiles and adds, “There are a lot of things I cannot say, but I just want to encash on and extend this adulation.”
