The Hangout: Ulsoor Lake
The Location: Along the road parallel to the college
Rush Hour: After college hours
What's to love: This seems to be the most serene place to chill out at after a long day in the classroom. Most of the girls come here especially in the late afternoon for a quiet stroll around the lake.
This is when it isn't too hot and not too many other people from the neighbourhood come by for their daily walk.
The students of this college very rarely lunch around here but the host of vendors outside makes it convenient for those who want to snack on something.
They mostly come here as this is the closest off-campus joint where they can catch up with their friends and/or their significant others. There's enough room to relax on the stone benches in the shade of the broad trees.
Considering Kensington Park around Ulsoor Lake is closer to their college, those who come here often prefer to hangout around this portion of the lake.
What's not to: With the soaring temperatures, this isn't the perfect hangout during the summer. Also, given the increased traffic around the area, this hangout isn't as peaceful as it used to be.
Alternative: Commercial Street, which again is a stone's throw away from the college.
