The dosa is a special combo of spices like chilli, pepper, fenugreek and aniseed, available only on Tuesday evenings. Chopped shallots, coconut crunches, curry leaves and coriander are seasoned in oil and added to the rice batter which is spread into delicious dosas with sesame oil. This traditional delight is had with tomato, coconut and coriander chutneys.
