Ingredients

Oats

Digestive biscuits

Coconut cold-

compressed oil

Hung curd : 2 packets

Cream cheese: 500 gms

Eggs : 4

Wheat flour: 2 spoonfuls

only

Alphonso mangoes: 4

Vanilla essence

For garnish :

pomegranate, grapes

Method

Mix oats, digestive biscuits and cold-compressed coconut oil and put it into a base for 10 minutes in the oven at 200C. Cool it. Now put hung curd, cream cheese, eggs in a mixer and make a paste by blending them for two to three minutes. Now add mangoes, vanilla essence and wheat flour.

Place the mix on top of the base into the oven for 40 minutes.

After 30 minutes, switch on the upper heater in the oven.

Tip: Keep checking with a knife. If the knife comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Cool for an hour and then refrigerate for three hours.

Finally garnish with fruits.

Now you are ready to eat one of the healthiest mango cheese cake with coffee, tea or even as a breakfast bite!
