Taj Hotels Restorts & Palaces has revamped its award winning customer loyalty programme – Taj Inner Circle (TIC) with several new features and benefits to enhance the guests’ end-to-end experience with the group.

Chinmai Sharma, Chief Revenue Officer, Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces said, “We are excited to launch the “reborn’ Taj InnerCircle programme driven by valuable advice from our members. We feel most fortunate to have the guidance and counsel from our guests who have been loyal to Taj for generations. Our firm belief in the principles of mutual respect has guided us to ensure we demonstrate our loyalty to guests who are loyal to our hotels and to our colleagues.”

Loyalty programmes, a world of privileges and luxury, are continuously looking for quirky methods to impress their patrons, and are evolving on a daily basis as the competition gets stiff.

This provides the customer with ample opportunities to maximise output from their programmes. Providing customised rewards according to the usage pattern of the customer is the key. Some customers love to redeem points whilst others look for specially crafted experiences that make them happy to have invested in a certain brand, e.g. special concierge services, etc. The loyalty wagon metes out bespoke experience that are as exclusive as it gets to retain top spots in the mind of the client, who is a traveller, an aficionado and a connoisseur all at the same time. TIC has chartered a plan to indulge the guests with delight engines that entails complimentary packages and customised delightful surprises. According to the company, the key differentiators that make TIC owners special are:

True No Blackouts – TIC will have no blackouts for redemptions across all room categories including suites.

Circle Series – TIC will be curating a series of events across our hotels. Concepts that have already been executed include an evening of fine spirits tasting, an Easter egg hunt for kids, a fashion high tea with Jimmy Choo and an evening with famed singer Dana Gillespie and many more such events.

No Points Expiry for Active Members – The new point expiry ensures that points don’t expire for members who have spent minimum of a room night at any of Taj hotels worldwide in a year.

TIC Service Guarantee – Under this guarantee, Taj pledges to keep its promise to the member failing which it will be crediting 30 points per day of delay as compensation.
