So, you love street food? But find street-hopping for chaat a bit cumbersome? So, how about getting all the street food under one roof. Jalebis to dabelis, chaat to kulcha, tala huwa machi to chole bhature. If that sounds tempting enough try and see how exciting it really is when you move from one counter to the other — street food hopping in true sense. It is not just the food that changes the mood, the ambience the décor — everything suggests a street fest for all to enjoy.

Viva, the all-day dining at Vivanta by Taj boasts of a Khao Galli menu where the aromas of robust flavours give you hints of everything from Jhal Muri to Kheema Pav.

Curated by the Executive Chef Arunkumar Reddy and his team, the scrumptious spread is paired to perfection with exotic desserts and unlimited brew and cocktails.

Vegetarians can begin with subz nehari ke saath zaffrani sheermal and non vegetarians can lick their fingers with the paya shorba aur sheermal. The other tid-bits include murgh tikka anardana chaat, doodiya paneer sirkha pyaaz, dhokla/khandvi/khakra/bhakar wadi/chakodi, pudina chutney, saunt ki chutney, namak laga hua talli hui mirchi, fruit chaat

The chaats include dahi wada, raitha, papad-fried and drinks include masala chaas, nimbu sharbat, roohafza, badam milk and gulzaar house falooda

The chole bhatura, pav bhaji, Chowmein and tala hui machi are amongst the many main course dishes that would grace your plate, whilst you stroll around our live paratha, chaat, dessert and kebab counters. The meal is concluded with the perfect combination of cutting Irani chai and Osmania biscuits.

Wondering why a street food fest is missing the real chaat flavour? Worry not! jhal muri, pani puri, ragada patti, dahi sev puri, aloo papadi chat, paratha gali, Ceylon paratha-chicken and mutton paratha everything waits for eager food lovers.

From the sigree section, the variety is interesting and exhausting and all one can do is go on a guilt trip to this galli.
