Ingredients:

Prawns (medium sized): 200 gm

Sesame seeds: 10 gm

Ginger garlic paste and chilli powder: Five gm each

Turmeric powder: Two gm

Egg and lemon: One each

Boiled noodles: 10 gm

Maida: Five gm

Salt: To taste

Oil: For frying

Chaat masala: To sprinkle

Method:

Peel and clean the prawns and marinate with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Then add maida, egg for seasoning, after that roll with cooked noodles and sesame seeds. Deep fry till it turns golden brown.

Take the dish out, sprinkle with chaat masala. Serve hot.

The dish tastes good with mint chutney or tomato ketchup
