How will builders benefit?

By opting for our schemes, builders can save on overall costs and they also have the option of paying in monthly installments. In smaller plants, the plant is programmed in such a way that it operates a treatment cycle based on the amount of water flowing into it.

If there is no water flowing on a particular day, the plant goes on vacation mode. In this manner, builders can save on operational costs. We ensure treatment standards are met under all our schemes.

Who can lease or rent your Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)?

Building associations, who have existing infrastructure such as tanks, can opt for a rental scheme. We have come across many residential units where collection tanks are built with lesser capacities. Here, the associations hire trucks for the removal of sewage on a daily basis. Our plants can also be rented by companies, factories, hotels, and resorts. We are soon coming up with models that can be rented by communities and small municipalities.

How can you increase the capacity of an STP?

The treatment of sewage requires oxygen and this is based on the incoming water volume and pollutant load. The pollutant load is constant for households, while the volume is dependent on occupancy. With our technology, the air is supplied as per the load, without any wastage of air and electricity. This is done by putting a compressor of required capacity, that is later changed, depending on the volume of water coming in to the plant.

Even if we install a compressor with a larger capacity, the plant will operate in batches of water as per the incoming volume. For example, in an apartment complex with 100 units, if only 10 units are occupied, the STP will automatically perform only one cycle to treat the water from the units. When there is higher flow, the plant increases the number of cycles that go up to even six a day.

What maintenance do STPs require?

As the plants are automatic, there is no need for an operator. Only an inspection is needed in case of an alarm. STPs are programmed to detect failures, raise alarms and also display messages in case of a problem. The plants have a pre-set service alarm and they send an alert message when maintenance is required.

STP components are made from rugged stainless steel and brass fittings and all electromechanical parts are from Germany. The replacement of compressor parts should be done yearly to ensure better performance.

How can an existing association rent a STP?

To rent a plant, the association pays a one-time nominal installation and commissioning fee as per site conditions. There is also a fully refundable deposit that needs to be paid along with a monthly rental based on the plant’s capacity.

The association has to pay for the consumables and electricity at actual.
