I plan on purchasing land in Karnataka.

This particular land was purchased by its present owner in the early 1980’s from a person who belongs to the SC/ST community. Although all documents such as the title deed, tax certificates, etc., are clear I would like to know if this will create issues in the future?

The conditions of assignment of the original owner have to be looked at to ascertain whether subsequent transfers have to comply with any restriction or stipulation. Please consult a local lawyer and take his opinion before purchase.
