The awards function of the 26th Kodai Nataka Vizha, organised by Kartik Fine Arts, Chennai, in association with Doha Bank and Nalli, was held recently at Narada Gana Sabha, Chennai. T. D. Sundarrajan received the Karthik Ramanujam Award of Excellence for the Best Drama Artist.
The other winners were:
Best Actor: Girish (Ellam Maya) and R. Vignesh (Soppana Kuzhandhai); Best Actress: Poorvaja Murthy (Yaro Ivar yaro) and Roshini Mohan (Bharathi Vilasam)

Best Story Writer: N. Ratnam (Soppana Kuzhandhai) and Ezhichur Aravindan (Ellam Maya)
Best Dialogue: V. Sreevathson (Payanam) and M. B. Moorthy (Yaro Ivar Yaro)
