Vellore Institute of Technology has been following the FFCS mode of registration at their college. FFCS system allows students to register for courses with the flexibility of choosing their faculty and class timings. Students get an opportunity to choose their faculty members and decide on the timings according to their wish. Thus every student’s timetable is different and depends on the registration they do for every semester. This system also allows for an ‘add and drop’ feature where students can opt to change their professors within a week if they feel so. The system provides a chance for students to register under faculties whom they feel comfortable with.
