Remember Rajinikanth’s dual act in Netrikann , directed by SP Muthuraman? The title has now been given to Nayanthara’s forthcoming film with director Milind Rau of Aval fame.
Netrikann , the title look of which was launched recently, marks the debut of director Vignesh Shivan as a producer who is launching his own production house, Rowdy Pictures. “We owe a lot to superstar Rajinikanth, the late director K Balachandar and his daughter Pushpa of Kavithalaya Productions for giving us the title Netrikann ,” said Vignesh in press statement.
Tipped to be thriller, music composer Girish has been roped in for the project, while Karthik Ganesh N will crank the camera. Reports suggest that the makers are currently finalising the official cast for Netrikaan and the shooting is expected to go on floors later this year. Recently seen in the Malayalam film Love Action Drama , Nayanthara awaits the release of a cluster of movies including Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy , Bigil and Darbar .
