Goncalo Guedes scored the only goal of the inaugural Nations League final as his 60th minute strike gave Portugal a 1-0 victory over the Netherlands and the title.

England, meanwhile, finished third after defeating Switzerland 6-5 on penalties after the game ended goalless after 120 minutes.
