On a night when Boston Celtics star Kyrie Irving sat out with a thigh injury, Nikola Mirotic and Bobby Portis drew attention to their playing by combining well on court.

Mirotic scored 24 points and Portis had a career-high 23 as the Bulls trampled the Celtics 108-85 on Monday.

A barrage of bouncers from Neil Wagner earned him three wickets as the Kiwis stuck to their plan to sweep the series against West Indies.

By restricting the visitors to 203 in their second innings, New Zealand won the Test match by 240 runs and wrapped up the series 2-0.

Lazio lost the chance to draw level with city rivals Roma on 35 points in Serie A by slipping to defeat against Torino.

In a game that saw Lazio’s Ciro Immobile sent off for a head-butt, Torino made their man advantage count in a 3-1 win.
