December 12, 2012 10:52 pm | Updated 11:01 pm IST - MUMBAI:

Jet Airways has announced its intention to induct four new Airbus A330-300 aircraft into its fleet. The airline received one of these new aircraft on Wednesday and another would be delivered later this month.

The first two Airbus A330-300 aircraft would replace the airline’s two leased Airbus A300-200 aircraft. At present, the airline has 11 Airbus A330-200 aircraft in its fleet of 99 aircraft.

The other 2 A330-300 aircraft would be deployed on the airline’s international routes next year.
