The scope of services includes a comprehensive suite of IT infrastructure and applications across the enterprise.

In the initial transformation phase, Wipro will reengineer the current IT system to achieve business IT alignment, backed by the best-in-class processes and tools.

The second phase, covering operations and maintenance, would involve application and infrastructure support at the data centre and facilities management across 82 locations for 10 years.

The engagement would be governed by a mix of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on milestones, business outcome and operations.
