Glodyne Technoserve, a leading technology infrastructure management services (IMS) company, completed the acquisition of U.S.-based DecisionOne Corporation, a large technology IMS services company, from its shareholders for a total consideration of $104 million.
DecisionOne is a pure-play technology IMS company in North America, with revenues of $200 million. Its capabilities include providing IMS in the U.S. and Canada.
Annand Sarnaaik, Chairman and Managing Director, Glodyne Technoserve, said in a statement that DecisionOne would continue to be led by its Chief Executive Officer Neal Bibeau, who would also join Glodyne's executive council.
