EID Parry declares Rs. 2 interim

EID Parry (India) has registered a net profit of Rs. 555.04 crore for the year ended March 31, 2011, against Rs. 567.20 crore in the 12 months ended March 31, 2010. Net sales and other income have risen to Rs. 9,363 crore from Rs. 7,647.91 crore. The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share for the year ended March 31, 2011 at the board meeting held on March 19.
