Bahri Estates ties up with Globosport

Bahri Estates, promoters of ‘Bahri Beautiful Country', a project on retirement and second home has announced its association with Globosport / Play Sports Surfaces (companies promoted by leading tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi).

Globosport will be designing the various sports and recreational infrastructure facilities at Bahri Beautiful Country.

It has also tied-up with Mahesh Bhupathi Tennis Academies, a Globosport Company, for setting up a professionally managed tennis academy in the township.

Addressing presspersons here on Tuesday, Mahesh Bhupathi, Managing Director, Globosport Group of companies, said the recreational facilities would be of international standards and one of the best in India which the residents will certainly enjoy and cherish. A special care had been taken to design as per the requirements of retired people and those enjoying their properties as second homes in the township, he said.

Hemanth Bahri, Managing Director, Bahri Estates, said with the tieup with Globosport Bahri Beautiful Country would house some of the best recreational facilities and tennis academy in India.

Globosport / Play Sports Surfaces have already designed and delivered many world-class premium sports and recreational surfaces across India and abroad for sports as diverse as basketball, Tennis, cricket pitches, Golf, swimming, volleyball, badminton, squash, football, hockey, athletics and the like.

He said the township would comprise 387 units including retirement villas, second home villas and fully developed plots, located at the foothills of Kodaikanal spread over 121 acres. The cost of the first phase of the project would be Rs. 226 crore and the project would be completed in 24 months.
