Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., an offshore provider of healthcare outsourcing services, plans to increase its headcount by 3,000 in the next 24 months.

As an offshore provider covering medical billing, coding and revenue cycle management (RCM) verticals, the Chennai-based firm has operating centres in Trichy, Bengaluru, Chennai, Bhimavaram in Andhra Pradesh and in Philippines employing over 11,000 people.

“We have a major presence in Tamil Nadu with Chennai and Trichy operating centres accounting for 7,000 people,” said Gopi Natarajan, co-founder and CEO, Omega Healthcare. “We are the largest provider of white collar jobs in Trichy.
