In a press release, the Bengaluru-based company said Sandeep Dadlani, President and Head - Manufacturing, Retail, CPG and Logistics (MRCL) and also the head of its America business is leaving the company.

Mr. Dadlani joined Infosys in 2001 and was elevated to the role of head of Americas in 2014 after the appointment of Vishal Sikka as the Chief Executive Officer.

The company also said Karmesh Vaswani and Nitesh Banga will replace Mr. Dadlani as the Global Head of Retail, CPG & Logistics (RCL) and Global Head of Manufacturing respectively. Both the appointment will be effective July 15, the company statement added.

“I congratulate Karmesh and Nitesh on their appointments as the global leaders for two of our key strategic industry segments. I have worked closely with them over the last three years and have tremendous faith in their passion for client success and their ability to help clients see and achieve their digital aspirations,” said Vishal Sikka, Chief Executive Officer, Infosys.

“Sandeep has played a key role in the success of Infosys over his career and in our transformation journey these past three years. We wish him the best in the journey ahead,” Mr. Sikka added.

Infosys also appointed Inderpreet Sawhney as the Group General Counsel in place of Gopi Krishnan Radhakrishnan, who will be leaving the company, effective July 3, 2017. Ms Sawhney joins Infosys from Wipro where she was the General Counsel.

“Prior to that, she served as Managing Partner of a midsized law firm in Silicon Valley and has also worked with ITC Limited as in-house counsel,” Infosys said in a separate statement.
