Executive panel to chalk out strategy

Wipro has constituted a 17-member Executive Committee that will define the company’s strategy and translate it into detailed, effective and efficient business plans. The committee will be instrumental in identifying issues that might impact Wipro’s strategy, and help the company make key decisions on operational and strategic execution.

“It will uphold Wipro’s values by ensuring that corporate governance and risk assessment are integrated into the business decision-making process and in the formulation and execution of strategy,” the company said in a statement.

The committee will be chaired by CEO T. K. Kurien. It will comprise Abid Ali Neemuchwala, Anand Padmanabhan, Dr Anurag Srivastava, Ayan Mukerji, Bhanumurthy, Jatin Dalal, Rajan Kohli, Rishad Premji and Sangita Singh, among others.
