Auditor is govt. nominee for ICSI central council

S. Santhanakrishnan, chartered accountant, has been appointed by the government as its nominee in the central council of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is the founder-partner of Chennai-based CA firm PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP. Mr. Santhanakrishnan is a former central council member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a director on board of several firms, including Tata Global Beverages, Federal Bank and Catholic Syrian Bank.
