Shooting: Selection trial dates revised

The National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) will conduct two sets of trials for the top 12 shooters of the country to select the team for the first two World Cups.

The shotgun trials will be held from January 28 to February 6. The trap event for men and women will be held on January 29 and 30. It will be followed by the second set of trials on February 3 and 4.

The double trap event will be held on February 1 and 6, while the skeet trials will be held on January 31 and February 1, to be followed by the second trials on February 5 and 6.

The trials for rifle and pistol has been postponed and will now be held from February 18 to 28. Women’s air rifle will be held on February 19 and 20, along with free pistol for men and sports pistol for women. Men’s air rifle events will be held on February 25 and 26. The air pistol for women will be on February 23 and 24, while for men it will be on February 27 and 28.
