The final round of the PGA Championship kicked off on Sunday morning, with some notable players among those scheduled for the undesirable early tee times.
Phil Mickelson is in the day’s second pairing at 8.35 a.m. (12:35 GMT), an unenviable spot that he earned by shooting six over par on Saturday, putting him at 10 over par for the tournament and in second-to-last place.
Two pairings later, another pre-tournament favourite, Hunter Mahan, will tee off at 8.55 a.m..
Tiger Woods has fared slightly better than Mickelson, but his four-over for the tournament puts him out of contention. He tees off at 10.45 a.m..
The leaderboard is crowded at the top, with Jim Furyk leading at nine under par, followed by Jason Dufner at eight under, Henrik Stenson at seven under, Jonas Blixt at six under, and Steve Stricker and Adam Scott tied at six under.
The marquee pairing of Furyk and Dufner will be the last to tee off at 2.55 p.m..
