Anaka enters quarterfinals

Anaka Alankamony was the only Indian to enter the girls' under-19 quarterfinals of the British junior open squash championship at Sheffield.

Anaka (seeded 3/4) defeated Victoria Temple-Murray of England (seeded 9/16) 12-10, 11-9, 11-8 in the pre-quarterfinals.

As many as 22 Indians took part in the tournament.
