Aditya finishes 12th

Aditya Patel and his Austrian teammate Daniel Dobitsch finished 12th in the opening race of the ADAC GT Masters at Oschersleben, Germany, on Saturday.

The two, driving an Audi R8 LMS Ultra for the MS Racing team, had qualified 20th on Friday, but moved up nicely on Saturday to finish the race in 1hr 02:02.846 secs around the 3.67 km Oschersleben Motorsport Arena circuit.

Germany’s Christoper Mies and Rene Rast, also in an Audi R8 LMS Ultra (Propperia C. Abt Racing team), won the race in 1:01.00.853 secs. 24-year-old Aditya, from Chennai, and Daniel qualified 22nd for the second race on Sunday.
