Murugan’s hat-trick helped South Zone Police thrash Sethu Soccer FC 6-0 in the MDFA ‘A’ division league at the Race Course Stadium here on Sunday.
The results:
‘A’ div: TVS FC 5 (Anbu 2, Karthik 2, Silambarasu) bt Nehru FC 0; ACME FC 2 (Ajmeer 2) bt Sports Hostel 0; South Zone Police 6 (Murugan 3 (including a hat-trick), Subburaj, Senthil Raja, Velmurugan) bt Sethu Soccer FC 0; Sports Hostel 3 (Raja, Sebastian Samson, Sathyamoorthy) bt Friends FC 1 (Karthik Raja).
