BCCI's ultimatum to Modi

Giving a “last opportunity' warning to former Indian Premier League (IPL) Commissioner Lalit Modi, the Disciplinary Committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has set Wednesday as the deadline.

“It is made clear that this is the last opportunity to Mr. Modi for cross examination of these witnesses (S. Sundar Raman, Paul Manning, John Loffhagen and Peter Griffiths). The hearing will commence at 2.00 p.m (on September 15),” said the Board in a press release.
