New software for core banking needs

Perfect Software Solutions Private Ltd., a Kozhikode-based group of IT technicians, has come up with a software named ‘Score' to support core banking system with minimal expense. The software, which can be used on Windows and Linux platforms, will formally be launched in the district on September 21.

At a press conference here on Saturday, managing director of the company K.C. Biju said Score would be able to offer many services under a single platform. The software, when linked with the Internet, would make it possible to monitor the entire accounting activities through SMS, he added.

According to him, the newly-developed software would fit to the requirements of cooperative banking firms, hospitals and other service sectors. The main feature of the software was that it could be installed at a minimal expense ensuring quality performance, he added.

City Police Commissioner P. Vijayan would officially launch the software at a function to be held at East Avenue Suits on September 21. Company directors C. Jabin, Biju Isaac, programme convener Joby Thomas, project manager K. Nisheed and Human Resource manager Prajula Padmanabhan were also present at the news conference.
