Rajapaksa speech

This refers to the report “Rajapaksa again forced to cancel speech in U.K.” (June 7). H.E. the President of Sri Lanka did not cancel his speech. It was the Commonwealth Business Council and the City of London that cancelled the speech. Unfortunately, even the Mayor of London could not speak, since his speech too was slated during the session.
